Inefficient catalytic converters (caused by dirty air filters, a lack of scheduled oil changes, severe driving conditions, poor fuel, and short trips) can increase carbon accumulation leading to excessive NOx output by the engine which will lead to lowered levels of O2 which triggers the PO420 diagnostic trouble code.

A new muffler can be installed in minutes; we offer 1 and 3 year warranted stock mufflers. We have Borla and Flowmaster universal mufflers in stock, can custom bend pipe from 1 ½” to 3” and offer a lifetime warranty on all welds and hangers. As well, we can do custom dual exhaust on most trucks and SUVs.
